Why we collect it
- To arrange and prepare for a consultation you requested.
- To respond to an enquiry or a talent-network submission.
- To meet our legal, contractual, and record-keeping obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not add you to a marketing sequence without your consent.
- We do not request classified or controlled unclassified information through this website, and you should not submit it here.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, our customer relationship management and email providers) and where required by law. Candidate CVs are never submitted to a client without the candidate’s explicit approval for that specific submission.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry records for as long as needed for the purpose above and to meet our legal obligations. CyberX holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification for its information security management system, and access to submitted material is controlled.
