The role

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code for AWS or Azure environments in an accredited boundary
  • Automate provisioning, patching, and configuration management across environments
  • Work with the ISSO on control implementation, evidence, and continuous monitoring
  • Troubleshoot performance and availability issues across compute, network, and storage
  • Document architecture decisions so they survive personnel rotation

Required

What you need to have

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph — this requirement cannot be waived
  • Five or more years building and operating cloud infrastructure
  • Strong Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep experience
  • Linux administration and scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
  • Experience working within an RMF-accredited environment

Preferred

What would help

  • AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect certification
  • Kubernetes in a government or regulated environment
  • Prior work on an IC or DoD programme
  • Security+ or an equivalent DoD 8570 baseline certification
